Duties and Responsibilities of an Enterprise Sales Executive:  

 

  • Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training CDL DriversCoordinate the allocation of support staff to accounts with high volumes of business
  • Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices

Logistics Sales Manager

The Logistics Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales and marketing activities of a logistics company. The role requires extensive knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, including supply chain management and warehousing.

 

The Logistics Sales Manager will recruit, train, coach, & develop the St. Louis 360 sales team and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. A terrific candidate would have experience growing & loading a logistics brokerage team.

Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist is organized and detail-oriented who will analyze financial information, maintain complete records while adhering to the strict standards of our organization. 

They may performs a variety of accounting tasks related to the maintenance, processing of account records; invoices for Company’s various customers, carriers, and vendors; and auditing reports.

Location: Jackson, TN, or St. Louis, MO

Shift: Monday – Friday (hours based on business needs)

Compensation: TBD based on experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)  

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, associate degree in accounting will be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Cash Applications and/or other General Accounting functions
  • General understanding of accounting practices and principles
  • Experience with automated accounting programs and systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Good decision making
  • People skills to include – teamwork, patience, listening, flexibility, responsibility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Accounts Payable – data-entry of carrier invoices with very high level of accuracy
  • Processing weekly check runs – printing and mailing all payments
  • Cash Applications – process incoming payments
  • Invoicing and auditing of documentation
  • Credit and Collections
  • Obtain receipts to match company credit card charges
  • Monitor and direct email inbox to appropriate party
  • Verifying transactions comply with financial policies and procedures established by the Company
  • Upholding professionalism by providing courteous customer service
  • Performing other duties as assigned
